Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is hiring a Teller to deliver outstanding member experiences by processing transactions and answering questions at the branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks, money orders, and card-related tasks with accuracy while building lasting member relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Proficiency with PC, Windows and internet applications.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and build relationships.
• Identify member needs and recommend products or services.
• Refer members to partners when appropriate to meet their goals.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily reporting.
