Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify member needs and recommend beneficial products and services.
• Refer members to the platform or business partners to assist with banking needs.
• Engage with members entering the branch and assist with lobby management.
