Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented, strong communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships by identifying needs and offering solutions.
• Refer members to FourLeaf products and business partners when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance, controls, and daily reporting (CTR, SARs, etc.).
• Assist with lobby management and greet members entering the branch.
