Qualifications

• Two-way customer service experience and cash handling proficiency are essential.
• Strong PC, Windows, and internet skills are required.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships and recommend suitable products and services.
• Refer members to platform or partners for additional opportunities.
• Greet members, assist with lobby and platform services, and handle teller-line requests.
