Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Leading a front-end team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area, assigning duties and providing direction
• Provide member service and guidance, assist with purchases and self-service technology
• Process memberships and payments, and ensure accuracy of cash handling and deposits
