Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a front-end team member to provide exceptional member service, manage checkout transactions, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges in a high-volume club environment.

You will guide members on self-service technology, promote club products, and maintain a safe, organized shopping area while supporting training and process improvements across the frontline team.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register) and handling payments.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service, assists with purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges according to policy.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology and processes transactions.
• Maintains safety, security, cleanliness and orderly merchandise organization.
• Trains Junior staff on processes, safety and new technology rollout.
• Ensures paperwork, logs and documentation are accurate and up to date.
