Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience with mobile retail applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service tech.
• Processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Maintains safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
