Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking team members to provide friendly member service, operate checkout areas, and process purchases efficiently. You will assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges while guiding members on self-service technology and promoting our products and services.

In this role, you’ll follow safety standards and help train Frontline Services associates, contributing to a safe, organized store environment and excellent member experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
• Willingness to participate in training and compliance programs.

Responsibilities
