Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area and assign duties to meet goals.
• Provide guidance on member service approaches to resolve issues per policy.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
