• Preferred: Leading a front-end team and supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates by assigning duties and providing guidance.
• Promote membership by informing on membership types, programs, benefits, and renewals; process memberships and upgrades.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and guiding on self-checkout or pickup orders.
• Oversee area operations, handle returns, organize merchandise, monitor shrink, and maintain cleanliness.
