Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with mobile retail applications and store technology is a plus.
• Customer service oriented with ability to resolve member questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases and payments.
• Operate checkout area and process returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and guide members on self-service tech.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the checkout and entrance/exit areas.
• Assist with training and rollout of new programs and technology for front-line associates.
