Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to associates and communicate goals to ensure service standards.
• Provide direction, feedback and training to associates on processes and procedures.
• Promote membership, assist with memberships, upgrades and transactions.
• Resolve member complaints in line with company policies and Open Door Policy.
• Recruit, hire, schedule, coach and evaluate associates; manage workload and performance.
• Oversee front-end operations, cash handling, and checkout efficiency.
