Responsibilities

• Provide member service by assisting members and resolving questions and issues per company guidelines.
• Promote membership and assist with processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Handle transactions at registers or self-checkout and ensure club pickup orders are filled.
• Oversee area operations including merchandise organization, returns, and maintaining store cleanliness.
