Job summary

Sam's Club in Salisbury, MD is seeking a front-end supervisor to assist management in overseeing associates, assigning duties, and guiding service approaches to resolve member issues in line with company policies.

You will promote memberships, process upgrades and credit accounts, assist members with purchases, and ensure smooth operations at the registers and self-checkout while maintaining store standards and open-door ethics.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, and provide direction and feedback.
• Promote membership and process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Assist members with purchases, locate merchandise, and support self-checkout.
• Handle claims, returns, and maintain area organization.
• Complete accounting records and prepare deposits and Cash Fund Transfers.
