Job summary

Sam's Club in Sterling, VA is hiring a Front-End Associate to support supervision, member service, and store operations. You will assist management by assigning duties, training associates, promoting memberships, processing memberships and credit accounts, and handling customer service with self-checkout and cashier tasks.

You’ll help maintain merchandising, handle claims, and support daily financial tasks while upholding company policies and Open Door Policy.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and training
• Promote membership and process memberships/upgrades/accounts
• Provide member service and assist with purchases and self-checkout
• Oversee area operations including merchandising, shrink, and cleanliness
• Complete and file accounting and cash-handling tasks
• Collaborate with managers to improve processes and standards
