Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a full-time front-end supervisor to join our team. You will assist management by guiding associates, assigning duties, training on processes, and ensuring member service standards are met while following company guidelines.

You will help recruit, hire, schedule, coach and evaluate staff, coordinate with management on Open Door Policy communications, address member questions and support daily club operations to deliver a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area; assign duties and provide guidance.
• Train associates on processes and procedures; deliver feedback.
• Ensure member service standards and resolve member issues.
• Recruit, hire, schedule, coach, and evaluate associates.
• Uphold Open Door Policy and company policies; monitor compliance.
