Job summary

Sam's Club in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a full-time front-end associate to support management in supervising the store area, guiding associates, and delivering great member service. You will help with memberships, processing upgrades, and processing credit accounts while promoting program benefits.

You’ll assist customers with purchases, returns, and self-checkout, and help maintain clean, organized merchandis e areas.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates in the assigned area.
• Assign duties, provide feedback, and train associates on procedures.
• Support member service by informing members about memberships, benefits, and programs.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts while encouraging renewals.
• Ensure merchandise availability, assist customers, and handle front-end transactions and returns.
