Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Garland, TX is seeking a full-time associate to supervise and guide front-end operations, ensuring member service excellence and policy compliance. You will assist with recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating staff, while promoting memberships and processing transactions.

Responsibilities include supporting store operations, maintaining merchandise flow, and upholding the company’s Open Door Policy to resolve issues and foster a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g. cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Leading a front-end team with hiring, evaluating, mentoring and workload management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties and provide guidance on member service approaches.
• Support membership information, process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, recruit/hire, schedule, coach and evaluate associates.
