Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, provide direction and feedback.
• Train associates on processes, member service approaches and procedures.
• Assist with membership processing, upgrades, credit accounts, and member renewals.
• Ensure member service and issue resolution per company guidelines and policies.
• Support recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
