Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates, assign duties and provide guidance to ensure member service and policy compliance.
• Support memberships by describing benefits, processing memberships and upgrades, and promoting renewals.
• Assist members with purchases, locate merchandise, and guide self-checkout usage, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Complete and file accounting records, deposits, and financial reports; investigate variances and protect confidentiality.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, collaborate with teams, and drive improvements.
• Lead and participate in teams, coordinate work, provide feedback, and model adaptability to change.
