Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Leading a front-end team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties and providing direction
• Communicates and supports membership by processing memberships and promoting benefits to members
• Provides and ensures member service by assisting members with purchases and using self-service technology
• Oversees area by handling claims and returns and organizing merchandise
• Completes accounting records and cash handling procedures in a secure manner
• Develops and implements processes to meet business needs and supports Open Door Policy
