Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and provide direction
• Communicate goals and feedback to associates
• Assist with member service, processing memberships, upgrades and credit accounts
• Promote membership and store services to current and prospective members
• Maintain area organization, merchandising, and checkout operations
