You will help process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, support member questions, and promote store programs while maintaining policy compliance and a positive Open Door culture.

This role offers competitive pay and benefits; wage starts at $22 per hour and can go up to $30 with premiums.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and providing direction.
• Assist members with purchases and guide self-checkout.
• Support membership processing, upgrades, and account activity.
