Job summary

Sam's Club in Springdale, AR is seeking a front-end supervisor. You will assist management by assigning duties, coaching associates, and ensuring member service standards are met across the area.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience leading a front-end team and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing direction.
• Support member service by addressing member needs and guiding self-checkout assistance.
• Oversee area operations including claims, returns, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Complete accounting records, deposits and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to implement processes and improve business results.
