• Guides members on self-service technology.
• Processes purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Zones areas, arranges merchandise and assists with transporting items.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and documents records.
• Executes emergency procedures and supports security practices.
• Assists in training Member Frontline Services associates.
