Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club in Scranton Dickson City, PA is hiring a front-end associate to support member services, manage checkouts, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges. You will help members choose products, maintain the checkout area, promote Sam’s Club services, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

This role requires strong customer service, familiarity with front-end equipment, and compliance with safety guidelines while supporting ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and assists with purchases.
• Maintains checkout area and processes payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam’s Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology and assists with locating merchandise.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Helps train front-line staff and supports continuous process improvements.
