Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to support gym operations and staff training. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional member experience and overseeing front desk tasks, member check-ins, and account updates.

Responsibilities include assisting in staff development, guiding customer service, and helping maintain a positive gym image while supporting the Club Manager and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks including answering calls and assisting with questions.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating accounts.
• Give gym tours to potential members and assist with queries.
• Support Club Manager with team and policy adherence.
• Support cleanliness and appearance of the gym and assist marketing promotions.
