Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to oversee gym operations and ensure an exceptional member experience. You will train staff, supervise front desk activities, answer questions, perform member check-ins and tours, and support the Club Manager with team management.

The role emphasizes maintaining a positive image, policy compliance, cleanliness, and assisting in marketing promotions. Strong customer service and leadership are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: answer calls, provide information, and assist with questions or concerns.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Support Club Manager with team management and back-up as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and maintain a positive club image.
• Help oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym and support marketing efforts.
