Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee daily gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. The role includes front desk duties, staff training support, and collaboration with the Club Manager to maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks including answering phones, taking information calls, and member check-ins/sign-ups/cancellations.
• Meet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist with member service issues and questions.
• Support Club Manager with team management and coverage as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and positive club image.
