Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness seeks a Team Lead to help oversee daily gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will train and develop staff, oversee member services, and handle front desk duties from answering calls to processing memberships and updates to member accounts.

You will also provide backup to the Club Manager, uphold company policies, maintain facility appearance, assist with marketing promotions, manage supplies, and ensure high standards of customer

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring staff provide great customer experience.
• Front desk responsibilities including answering calls, taking info calls, member check-ins and sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Greet potential members and provide gym tours; facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and assist in ensuring adherence to policies.
• Support cleanliness and appearance of the gym, and assist in marketing efforts to promote promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
