Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to assist in gym operations and staff development. You will help ensure a positive member experience, train front desk staff, and support the Club Manager with daily operations.

The role involves supervising front desk activities, answering member questions, processing sign-ups and tours, and assisting with marketing and inventory tasks. On-site, full-time position with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.

• Facilitate member service issues and questions.
