Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will work closely with staff at the front desk, greet potential members with tours, and back up the Club Manager as needed.

The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness, assisting with marketing promotions, inventory, and supporting a developmental path toward Club Manager, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in member service oversight ensuring staff deliver excellent customer experience.
• Very involved in all front desk related tasks.
• Greet/meet potential members and provide gym tours.
• Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and train staff on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
