Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a customer-focused team member to support gym operations and enhance member experiences. You will assist in training staff, oversee front desk duties, answer calls politely, and help with member sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.

You will engage with potential members during tours, manage basic marketing awareness, and back up the Club Manager while ensuring policy adherence and a positive club image.
