Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Arvada, CO is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will support the Club Manager and supervise front desk staff, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable communication, and the ability to train staff, handle member inquiries, tours, sign-ups, and maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk related tasks: Answering phone calls, taking info calls, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations and updating member accounts, and giving gym tours.
• Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
