Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee daily gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will support staff training, front desk activities, member check-ins, and tours for new members.

Responsibilities include assisting the Club Manager, maintaining cleanliness, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring policy compliance. Demonstrated leadership and excellent customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks including answering phones and taking information calls.
• Support member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Give gym tours and help engage potential members.
• Help manage member service issues and questions.
• Back up Club Manager and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a positive image and oversee gym cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist in marketing efforts and training on promotions.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and reporting as needed.
