You will analyze service metrics, mentor staff, and collaborate with business partners to elevate the member experience while achieving performance goals and maintaining a positive team culture.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
