Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor in Willoughby, OH to lead Frontline teams and improve member experience. You will guide cashiers, FELs, and membership ambassadors, ensuring GOLD standards and club performance.

You will develop talent, drive performance through data and coaching, and partner with leadership to deliver results and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Open shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontline, Membership Services Desk, and Membership Sales Ambassadors. Drive member experience and club promotions.
• Develop and manage high-performing teams through coaching and performance management.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, motivation, and discipline to ensure engagement and accountability.
• Ensure proper staffing and processes to support excellent member service and execution.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and ensure compliant operations.
