Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to lead Front End Leads, Cashiers, and Membership Sales Ambassadors, driving a premium member experience and club performance. You will ensure GOLD standards, coach staff, and oversee training, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and club operations.

This role emphasizes talent development, strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration to meet labor and performance goals, while upholding safety and policy

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
Experience supervising frontline and sales teams.
Open shift availability and reliability.
Basic computer skills including MS Word/Excel and email.

Responsibilities

Lead Frontline, Membership Services Desk, and Membership Sales Ambassadors to ensure strong member experience.
Recruit, train, and coach team members for engagement and accountability.
Ensure staffing and processes support excellent member service and execution.
Maintain knowledge of club policies and procedures and apply consistently.
Drive performance using reporting tools and collaborate with leadership to optimize results.
