Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities including supervising cross-functional teams and driving results.
• 2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontline, Membership Services Desk, and Membership Sales Ambassador functions to drive member experience and business results.
• Develop and manage high-performing teams through recruiting, training, and performance management.
