Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to lead Frontline and membership services, driving member experience and club performance. You will manage Front End Leads, Cashiers and Membership Sales Ambassadors, mentoring teams and ensuring policy compliance while delivering GOLD standards across the club.

You will develop talent, coach teams, and leverage reporting to improve results, with a focus on delivery, collaboration, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Open shift availability and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontline, Membership Services Desk, and related roles to drive member experience and club results.
• Recruit, train, and manage FELs, Cashiers, and Membership Sales Ambassadors.
• Ensure staffing and processes support excellent member service.
• Maintain club standards and policy compliance across teams.
• Use reporting to drive performance and coordinate with leadership.
