BJ’s Wholesale Club in Medford, MA is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to provide leadership and direction within the club, overseeing Front End Leads, Cashiers, and Membership Sales Ambassadors. You will ensure consistent policy execution, a positive member experience, and GOLD standards across departments.

As a key developer of talent, you’ll coach and mentor frontline teams, drive engagement, and collaborate with business partners to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and email tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontline, Membership Services Desk, and Membership Sales Ambassadors.
• Drive club performance and member experience according to GOLD standards.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members; manage staffing and performance.
• Ensure policy compliance and safe, clean club operations.
• Use data and reports to improve KPIs and member satisfaction.
