Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to lead the Front End and Membership teams, ensuring exceptional member service and adherence to GOLD standards. You will develop talent, supervise FELs and Cashiers, and drive club performance through effective training and collaboration with partners.

The role emphasizes talent development, leadership impact, and successful execution of policies, with a focus on delivering a premier member experience and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership capabilities, supervising cross-functional teams.
• 2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge required (MS Word, MS Excel, Email).
• High school diploma required; college degree or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required; at least 18 years of age.
• Must maintain all training and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Frontline, Membership Services Desk, and Frontline teams to drive member experience and club performance.
• Recruit, train, and manage FELs, Cashiers, and Membership Sales Ambassadors; provide coaching and accountability.
• Ensure proper staffing and adherence to club policies and procedures across departments.
• Leverage reporting tools to assess performance, identify opportunities, and drive development actions.
• Communicate effectively across teams to align membership initiatives and club happenings.
• Drive membership growth and retention initiatives to achieve KPIs and plan objectives.
