Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in Florida seeks a Relationship Specialist I to deliver exceptional member experiences both in person and on the phone. You will identify member needs, cross-sell financial solutions, and process deposits, loans, and routine transactions with accuracy.

Join a team focused on education, guidance, and proactive service, supporting campaigns, notary, wires, and more while maintaining compliance and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably financial institution.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences in-person and by phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle deposits, loans, and basic banking transactions.
• Open accounts and process loan applications.
• Explain credit and savings concepts and refer complex products.
• Support campaigns and adhere to risk and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance and proactive member follow-up.
• Assist with notary, wire transfers, and other services as needed.
