VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist to deliver unbelievable member experiences both in person and on the phone. You will identify member needs, ask discovery questions, and grow consumer and business relationships by positioning VyStar's value proposition against competitors.

The role emphasizes cross-selling credit union solutions, handling transactions, opening accounts, and guiding members through loan processes while maintaining high integrity and professional standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, preferably with a financial institution.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills; ability to process transactions accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent member experiences both in-person and over the phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar products and services.
• Explain deposit, loan, insurance, and investment options to members.
