Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably with a financial institution.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences during in-person and phone interactions.
• Identify member cues and ask open-ended questions to grow relationships.
• Position consumer and business deposit, credit, insurance, and investment solutions appropriately.
• Handle personal and business transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Educate members on credit and savings options and refer more complex products.
• Follow up with members using relationship-building and documentation tools.
• Maintain compliance and risk awareness in daily tasks.
