You will identify member needs, cross-sell credit union solutions, process deposits, loans, and accounts, and educate members on saving and borrowing options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, ideally in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experiences in-person and by phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle transactions, open accounts, and assist with loan applications.
• Explain credit, savings options, and refer complex products when needed.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with risk guidelines.
