Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in Saint Augustine, FL seeks a Relationship Specialist II to deliver exceptional member experiences in person and over the phone, identify member needs, and grow consumer and business relationships through proactive guidance.

You will cross-sell solutions, assist with accounts and loans, and educate members about VyStar's products while maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced, member-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in sales or customer service
• Experience in a financial institution preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Internet and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver unbelievable member experiences in-person and by phone
• Identify member cues and ask open-ended questions to grow relationships
• Cross-sell credit union solutions and refer complex products as needed
• Handle account transactions, loan applications, and deposits
• Explain credit, savings options and educate members about VyStar products
• Train and mentor new Relationship Specialists and support branch initiatives
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk controls
