Qualifications

• Experience in a sales and/or customer service role, ideally in finance.
• Strong communication and listening skills; able to ask questions and make referrals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experiences via in-person and phone interactions.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Handle personal and business account transactions and loan applications.
• Explain basics of credit and savings options and refer more complex products.
