Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in Florida seeks a Relationship Specialist I to deliver exceptional member experiences both in person and by phone. You will identify member needs, cross-sell financial solutions, and support deposits, loans, and everyday banking activities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, sales or customer service experience, strong communication and listening skills, and familiarity with Internet and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain financial products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences during in-person and phone interactions.
• Identify member needs, ask discovery questions, and cross-sell VyStar products and services.
• Handle personal and business account transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Educate members on credit, savings, loans, investments, and other VyStar offerings; resolve issues professionally.
