Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist I in Florida to deliver exceptional member experiences both in-person and by phone. You will identify member needs, ask questions, and grow relationships by recommending VyStar’s products and services while maintaining compliance and integrity.

The role emphasizes cross-selling credit union solutions, handling account transactions, and guiding members toward appropriate deposit, loan, and investment options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales/customer service experience preferred, financial institution experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experiences both in-person and on the phone and grow relationships through conversations.
• Identify member needs with discovery questions and position VyStar Credit Union’s solutions.
• Explain deposit, credit, insurance, and investment options appropriately.
• Process account openings, transactions, and loan applications.
• Refer complex products while educating members on savings and credit options.
• Support CU initiatives and campaigns and comply with guidelines.
